Men's Wellbeing Programme
The Men's Wellbeing Programme is a new 12-week wellbeing programme for men aged 20-59. The next programmes run on Mondays and are:
3rd March-9th June, Melksham Forest
17th March until 14th July. Trowbridge evening sessions
15th July-6th Oct Devizes (with Marlborough pickup)
10th November -16th Feb Chippenham
What's In Store:
- Nature-based activities including green woodworking, practical conservation and bushcraft skills
- Confidence building
- Connection with others
- Techniques to help manage anxiety, stress and depression

It’s peaceful, things slip away into the background. You can lose yourself in what you're doing.
My life is challenging, but this session is the highlight of my week, I think about it during the rest of the week . I want to make a plan for things to do after the group ends, e.g. volunteering outdoors. I've signed up to the volunteer database.
