Men's Wellbeing Programme
The Men's Wellbeing Programme is a new 12-week wellbeing programme for men aged 20-59. The next programme will be in Chippenham starting on 21 October 2024.
What's In Store:
- Nature-based activities including green woodworking, practical conservation and bushcraft skills
- Confidence building
- Connection with others
- Techniques to help manage anxiety, stress and depression
When: Mondays, 11 am - 2:30 pm
Where: There will be a minibus pick up at Chippenham Train Station at 10:30am.

New Saturday Session in Salisbury
Escape to nature and improve your wellbeing with our free 12-week program for men aged 20-59 in Wiltshire.
When: Saturdays 11am - 2:30pm Starting October 26th, 2024.
Where: Free transport from Salisbury train station
Join us in Salisbury for nature walks, woodworking, and bushcraft skills. Learn to manage stress and connect with others in a supportive environment. . Refreshments provided.

It’s peaceful, things slip away into the background. You can lose yourself in what you're doing.
My life is challenging, but this session is the highlight of my week, I think about it during the rest of the week . I want to make a plan for things to do after the group ends, e.g. volunteering outdoors. I've signed up to the volunteer database.
