    Testimonials:

Very friendly, supportive and compassionate course

Excellent content and Imogen was an excellent instructor.

The course was extremely informative and covered a wide range of topics. Our instructor (Imogen) was incredibly knowledgeable and presented the course very well. The course had a good mix of viewing material, writing/drawing exercises in the booklet and group discussion/role play. I'd highly recommend this course to any individual or company looking to gain knowledge on mental Health.

Excellent course! I really enjoyed learning about the role of being a MHFA. Imogen was so friendly, approachable and knowledgeable about the subject. I would 100% recommend this course as the impact that a MHFA can make to individuals, businesses and the community is significant.

Imogen was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. She took the time to listen to everyone and was able to control the conversation well when things started to sway of course a bit.

Organised and led really well by Imogen. The environment created was lovely and meant no one felt judged or like they were going to say the wrong thing. Imogen was good at giving feedback and handling questions. The group discussions of case studies and also sharing ideas with the wider group was really interesting and really helped consider other people's opinions and points of view
