Workplace Wellbeing

Workplace Wellbeing

Poor mental health costs UK employers up to £45 billion each year. But for every £1 spent by employers on mental health interventions, they get back £5 in reduced absence, presenteeism, and staff turnover.

  • Nature-Inspired Arts and Crafts: Activities such as green woodworking and willow weaving.
  • Practical Conservation: Engage in hands-on conservation projects.
  • Wildlife Walks: Enjoy guided walks to explore and appreciate local wildlife.
  • Mindfulness in Nature: Participate in mindfulness exercises to reduce stress and enhance focus.
  • Campfire Cooking: Lunch can be provided and cooked over a campfire, adding a unique and memorable experience.

Customised Workshops:

Workshops are designed according to your team’s needs and can be held at various locations. Whether you have a small team or a large organisation, our workshops can be tailored to meet your specific requirements.

Why invest in employee wellbeing?

  • Improve staff health and wellbeing
  • Improve job satisfaction and strengthen workplace relationships
  • Decrease absenteeism and presentism
  • Good return on investment

Over the past year we have become increasingly aware of the negative impact that social isolation can have on our wellbeing. But it’s not just people we’ve become disconnected from – it’s nature too.
